Must read

Montréal Duty Free has unveiled a new shopping experience for travellers at Montréal-Trudeau International Airport.

The cross-category “Garden Event” features a special area showcasing a variety of products across beauty, liquor, confectionery, and fashion.

Passengers can browse travel exclusives and limited editions while surrounded by a summery display of cherry blossoms and ivy.

“This debut cross-category event has created an opportunity for a hugely exciting collaboration with our brand partners, creating a zone that is inviting and inspiring for our customers”, said Glen Morgan, General Manager, Montréal Duty Free. “This has created a highly immersive space for passengers to engage featuring 11 different brands showcased in the one space for the very first time.”

The Garden Event runs until the end of June.

Montréal-Trudeau Airport is Irish travel retailer ARI’s oldest Canadian outpost, having operated stores there for a quarter of a century. Last year, ARI rebranded its stores at the airport as Montréal Duty Free, ditching the previously used The Loop Duty Free.

In 2023, Montréal-Trudeau handled a record 21.2m passengers.
